Activities
Most people at Yelagiri prefer a quiet unwind session through long walks and some, by hitting a trekking trail. However, if you wish to relax at the resort, you can do so with some indoor games for children and carom and chess for adults.

While Sterling does not possess a conference hall, the restaurant can easily double as one if you wish to conduct a seminar, workshop or training session here. Around 20-25 people can be seated in theatre style. The restaurant is equipped with a sound system that you can use. Other equipment like LCD Projector, laptop, lapel mike (collar mike) and projection screen can be organized on hire. Treks are available to Swamimali, Madheswaran Swamy - 6 kms from the boat house, Pulicha Kuttai (ponds) Kottaiyur, Amman Kuttai - Nillavur and to the Jalagamparai waterfalls.

Boating
Enjoy hours of boating at the Punganur Lake. Choose from the rowing boats and the paddle boats offered there. Sightseeing trips are organized to Jalagamparai water falls. You can also opt for a half-day local sightseeing in and around Yelagiri. Party games, tambola and bonfire with music can also be organized based on your requirements.
